- Send listing alerts only to buyers who asked for them, and end with Reply STOP to opt out.
- A buyer who enquired about one property can hear about that property. Ask before adding them to your list for future listings.
- Show days often fall on Sundays, but marketing SMS can't go out then unless the buyer agreed. Send the alert on Saturday between 09:00 and 13:00, or offer Sunday alerts on your sign-up form.
- Rent, levy and maintenance notices can go to every tenant and owner on record.
Name the suburb in a marketing SMS, not the street address, until a buyer books a viewing.
Leads from property portals asked about one listing. Treat a move to your general alert list as marketing that needs their consent.
