Questions
Questions about registering
Is there a registration fee?
No. Opening an account is free. You only pay for the SMS pack you choose.
Do I need a registered company?
No. Sole traders, schools, churches, clubs and NGOs can all open an account. We just need to know who is sending.
When can I start sending?
As soon as your payment reflects and we've opened your account. We WhatsApp you your login.
What are the 10 free test SMS for?
Send a few messages to your own phone and your team's, so you can see how they arrive before you send to your list.
Can I change my pack later?
Yes. Buy another pack whenever you need more credits. Credits from different packs add up in one account.
I already have an account. How do I top up?
WhatsApp us the pack you want and we'll send your invoice. There's no need to register again.
